Here's the Official PlayBetter Store Return Policy:

David Leadbetter's PlayBetter Store wants our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. If you are not happy with anything purchased at the store within 30 days of purchase, you can return the item for a complete refund of the purchase price, store credit or a replacement item. Please remember these returns can only be made if the product is still in it's original packaging and has never been used.

To Make a Return:

Fill out the easy PlayBetter Store Returns Form, and we'll take it from there! Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling costs are unfortunately not refundable.

More Policies that Protect You as a PlayBetter Store Customer:

As a customer of the PlayBetter Store, you have the right to cancel any order before shipment has occurred. In certain instances, we may need to use a shipper different than what was selected during checkout and the PlayBetterStore reserves the right to change shipping methods at our discretion as long as the customer does not incur any additional charges outside of what they have already authorized. The PlayBetterStore will never process additional charges outside of what the customer has authorized without first contacting customer for authorization. But please remember, the PlayBetterStore is not responsible for typographical or system errors be they human or system based.
