A: We try to keep the Duties & Taxes incurred on our international customers to an absolutely minimum but with this said, there usually will be some sort of Duties & Taxes charge that is NOT included in the original shipping cost. A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from PlayBetterStore.com, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days. What if on the 61st day you realize you don't like the item? We'll take it back then too :)
