PlayBetter Store Affiliate Program - Terms & ConditionsThe mission of the PlayBetter Store is to provide every golfer with the necessary tools and techniques to improve their game…and have fun doing it. The PlayBetter Store Affiliate Partner Program is designed, by referring individuals and businesses to www.PlayBetterStore.com, to help us fulfill this mission…and we’re excited to have you as part of it! As a member of thePlayBetter Store’s Affiliate program, please keep in mind that you will be representing the PlayBetter Store, David Leadbetter Golf Academies and David Leadbetter brands and are therefore required to review, agree to and abide by the below policies. By agreeing to join the PlayBetter Store Affiliate Program, You also agree to the following PlayBetter Store Program Terms and Conditions: 1) Spamming The PlayBetter Store in no way participates in mass unsolicited messaging (i.e. spamming) on any medium (including but not limited to e-mail, Facebook and Twitter), and all affiliates are expected to adhere to this policy as well. Unsolicited commercial messaging (spam) is defined as the sending of unsolicited and unauthorized electronic messages to businesses and individuals who do not know you personally and have not agreed to receive your messages. 2) Keywords, Pay Per Click advertising, and domain names involving PlayBetter Store's trademarks — company name, product names and variations thereof As a PlayBetter Store Affiliate Partner, You shall not purchase search engine keywords or domain names that use PlayBetter Store's product names, trademarks, logos and/or certain variations and misspellings thereof. You shall not purchase or register keywords, Pay Per Click advertising, AdWords, search terms, domain names, or other identifying terms that include the words "PlayBetter Store, David Leadbetter, SwingSetter, SwingSetter PRO, CorrectGrip Glove, My Personal Trainer" or certain variations and misspellings thereof for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other search or referral service. 3) Product authorship and copyrights You will not advertise any PlayBetter Store products as created by you, your company or any person or company other than the PlayBetter Store. 4) Competition with PlayBetter Store Affiliate program has been introduced to foster product sales and attract new audiences to our store which otherwise would presumably not find our website. Affiliates will take efforts to direct new visitors to PlayBetter Store's website but not distract traffic from it. Therefore affiliates are not allowed to go into direct competition with the developer on search engines, in PPC ads or on other advertising venues. Any techniques designed to re-direct traffic to an affiliate site, which otherwise would go to the developer's websites, will not be allowed. For example, advertising discounts (unless specifically advised in an email from PlayBetter Store), using mentions of discounts in the webpage's title and meta description when a page is ranking for PlayBetter Store product names (words including "PlayBetter Store, David Leadbetter, SwingSetter, SwingSetter PRO, CorrectGrip Glove, My Personal Trainer” or certain variations and misspellings thereof) and especially highlighting discounts will be qualified as traffic-stealing activities. 5) Website content All partner websites must be a live site with an updated privacy policy. Partners using, or affiliated with websites with any of the following content will not be allowed to participate in the PlayBetter Store Affiliate Partner Program (of which final discretion is left solely to the PlayBetter Store): Violent/Offensive content Lewd/Pornographic content Content that may discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, or sex Sites promoting/selling illegal goods of any kind Aesthetically unpleasant content Abusive or irresponsible promotion of alcohol, tobacco or drugs Any affiliation with Adware 6) Affiliate Product Purchasing Although Affiliate Partners interested in wholesaling may enter into a discussion with the PlayBetter Store on this topic, they may not use their Affiliate links to purchase PlayBetter Store products for personal or commercial use, as this would incur an illegitimate percentage of the purchase to be returned to them. 7) Measures If the PlayBetter Store determines that You have undertaken any of the prohibited activities put forth above or any activities not documented in this list which are deemed unacceptable, the PlayBetter Store retains the right to remove You from the program at any time. In addition, the policies listed above are subject to change and/or addition at any time and although the PlayBetter Store will take steps to ensure its program participants are aware of any policy changes, it is not required to notify them.
